Unhurried consultations
Appointments are scheduled long enough for the doctor to ask follow-up questions and the patient to ask theirs. Time is the underrated raw material of considered care; we treat it that way.
Nurse-led intake
Every patient speaks to a registered nurse before the doctor consult. You receive a structured pre-read, the patient arrives prepared, and the consultation runs on time without rushing.
Ahpra-aligned governance
Clinical governance designed around current Ahpra prescribing guidance and Australian therapeutic goods law. Documentation, audit, and continuity of care are built in, not bolted on.
Who we're looking for
Considered clinicians, not just fast ones
We're hiring Ahpra-registered medical practitioners and registered nurses who treat clinical attention as the work itself, not an interruption to it. The patients we serve are people who have been pushed through five-minute appointments for years; we exist because the alternative is overdue.
You don't need a specific subspecialty interest. You do need to be the kind of clinician who finds the texture of someone's daily life clinically interesting, who writes notes that the next colleague could pick up cold, and who treats follow-up as part of the work rather than admin overhead.
Telehealth-only consultations from anywhere in Australia. Schedule built around availability, not throughput. Clinical governance under current Ahpra prescribing guidance. Patient cohort built by careful intake rather than aggressive acquisition.
